Knee Tilt

The knee tilt mechanisms manufactured by Leggett & Platt Work Furniture are categorized within task components and chair components. These mechanisms are located around a point under the seat and behind the user’s knees. This allows the user’s feet to remain on the floor during recline, providing greater stability and control over the recline action of the chair. Seat-to-back ratio is fairly even as well, so the user’s body angle will not mimic the natural body motion of a person while reclining.
