Fabrication and Assembly
Sewing and Upholstery
Our finished goods locations feature complete upholstery departments that boast highly skilled cut-and-sew capabilities. We utilize automatic cutting technology to optimization yield and quality control. Our sewing expertise encompasses single and double needle top stitching, accommodating a wide variety of fabrics, leathers, vinyl, COMs, COLs, and healthcare application materials. Our other capabilities include “threadless seam welding” using Radio Frequency (RF) technology, in-house foam cutting and gluing, and fabric lamination.
Assembly and Sub-Assembly
We are able to provide assembly services through two means: 1) craftsmanship-style manufacturing for lower-volume batch production; and 2) production line-style manufacturing for higher-volume products. We partner with network of specialists who offer services in prototyping, water-jet cutting, laser cutting, wire bending, and much more.
Finished Assembly
Work Furniture Group delivers comprehensive product manufacturing solutions focused on speed to market, quality and delivery performance, lead time, and operational agility. Our global locations support assembly of a wide range of finished goods, including high-craft soft seating, work chairs, healthcare furniture, outdoor furniture, and residential seating.
