3D Plywood Molding

Davidson’s advanced 3D technology makes it possible to deep-draw 3D veneers similar to the deformation of metal sheets. The process begins with cutting wood veneer into small strips and processing them in a way that makes the wood flexible enough to mold into complex curves without splitting or popping.
3D veneer moldings and components coated with 3D veneer have a closed surface and are extremely stable due to their three-dimensionality. This excellent stability allows the option of minimum wall thicknesses, which help in the creation of exceptionally lightweight components.
